Nom Ban Chok
Cambodia’s famous delicate fish curry served with chilled rice noodles, fragrant herbs, flowers and salad vegetables. Green: Made with a base of leaves and lemongrass. Red: Made with a base of coconut, lemon grass roots and chili.
