Our Royal Menu is dedicated to the late Princess, HRH Princess Norodom Bopha Devi who bestowed on Kranvanh’s founder a copy of H.R.H. Princess Norodom Rasmi Sobhana’s book, The Culinary Cuisine of Cambodia. The recipes from this book shine a light on a fraction of Cambodia’s rich culinary heritage and ensure the cuisine’s preservation for the future generations to come. It is with great honour that Kravanh prepares these dishes for you.
