Rice In Fragrant Water
An exquisite bor bor originating from the ancient Khmer empire, it was created as a cooling dish for the hot season.
Chilled rice in fragrant jasmine water adorned with rose petals, accompanied with small delicacies:
- Shallots stuffed with ginger, dried fish and coated in a crispy egg batter.
- Green pimentos stuffed with pork, garlic, coriander and coated in a crispy egg batter.
- Organic poached pork, pounded with seasoning.
- Salty sweet pickled radish with scrambled egg.
- Crispy fried fish balls with lemongrass, coriander and galangal.
A decadent offering of fried rice plush with lobster, chicken, pork, fried shallots, spices, palm sugar, duck egg and pounded dry shrimps.
A freshly made coconut curry prepared with a citronella kreoung, organic chicken pieces, pea aubergines and green peppers. Garnished with holy basil.
Duck Breast Curry
A rich curry made with cream of coconut, coriander root and a dry spice kroeung. Bountiful with assorted peppers and duck breast.
Boran Sour Soup
A vibrant tamarind and snake fish soup, gently poached on the bone with a citronella and romdeng kroeung.
Tomato Sour Curry
Grilled river fish enveloped in a piquant curry sauce made from lemongrass kreoung, coconut milk, tamarind and pieces of ripe tomato.
Braised duck with black mushrooms, chestnuts, palm sugar, grilled shallots and green Kampot peppercorn.
A refined dish of coconut basted aubergine stuffed with Pork or Shrimp, garlic, grilled shallots and a touch of rice.
Corn In Banana Leaf
Fresh green corn pounded with pork and shrimp, enveloped in a banana leaf then steamed in seasoned coconut milk.
A generous portion of Kampot crab, chicken and pork steamed in coconut milk with Khmer seasoning and topped with lemon zest.
Nom Kreap Keo Snaul Bangkang

Fish Chu Chi
Sea bass fillet marinated in a romdeng and citronella kreoung then baked in fresh coconut milk.

Grapefruit Salad With Kapik Phat
An exhilarating mix of grapefruit, toasted coconut, pork and Kapik phat. Garnished with mint.
Banana Tree Blossom Salad
Heart of banana blossom with poached pork, dried shrimps tossed in a lemon and coconut dressing.
Poached pork and shrimp dressed with toasted peanuts, fish sauce, palm sugar and a hint of lemon. Served on a bed of lightly salted cucumber.
Nem With Pork Meat
A savoury ensemble of organic pork mince and skin, pan roasted rice and fried shallots. Delicately dressed with fish sauce, palm sugar and lemon. Served with fresh betel leaves.
